Description:	Count Delfino Orsi served as the vice-president of the Executive Committee. He held a degree in Lettere and worked as a journalist and then director for the Turinese daily La gazzetta del popolo. He served as President of the Administrative Committee for this newspaper. In 1824 he was elected as senator of the kingdom of Italy. A prolific writer, he wrote and co-wrote numerous books, including Il teatro in dialetto piemontese: studio critico (1890).
Places:	Dogliani Dogliani is a small "comune" in province of Cuneo, on the north west of Italy, and it was founded during the Roman Empire. Former and ancient colonial of Savoy, it has been invaded by Napoleon and became French possession at the beginning of 19th century until the its freedom at the end of the century. Torino The city of Turin is a major city - as well as a business and cultural center - located in Northwest Italy in the region called "Piemonte" (literally, "at the feet of the mountain"). Turin used to be (and it still is) a major European political center and home to the House of Savoy, Italy's Royal family. It was Italy's first capital city in 1861 until 1864, when the Rome took its role.
