The cover page reads: Esposizione Internazionale in Torino 1911. Pianta generale con indicazione delle gallerie, padiglioni, esercizi, divertimenti, ecc. The printed text is inserted in an ornate frame, and against a crimson background. The frame includes a prominent gold medallion featuring the Savoy shield and royal crown. The bottom part of the frame displays two shields: the left one with the Bull of Turin and the right one with the abbreviated motto of Rome, SPQR (Senātus Populusque Rōmānus).
The map provides the general planimetry of the fairgrounds with a list of the various buildings and notable structures and locations. |
